Application scope: This product is made from Polyimide film with single surface or double surfaces covered with gule F46 adhesive and cut after druing, The tape applies to be grade H insulation material of electrical wire winding, which is molded by melting at 350-380℃ for half a minute.

Technological specification:

1.         Appearance: The tape is clean and smooth, free of air bubbles or impurity,etc

2.         Dimension

1)        Length：The general length of every roll of the tape is no less than 300m, the parts of the roll is no more than 4m. The length of the shortest part is no less than 10m.

2)        Width and acceptable tolerance of tape is 10mm⁺_-0.5mm, 15mm⁺_-0.5mm, 20mm⁺_-1mm and25mm⁺_-1mm. Tapes with other width specifications can be supplied according to the requirements of customer.

3)        Thickness: standard thickness and acceptable tolerance. Tapes with different thickness can be supplied according to the requirements of customer, The acceptable tolerance is⁺_-0.006mm
