1. Select electromagnetic wire with good corona resistance to meet the requirements of high frequency pulse and partial discharge of the motor. General use of polyester imide/polyamide imide composite layer enameled wire, corona resistance, corona resistance electromagnetic wire.

2. Winding and embedding construction technology. Frequency conversion motor in winding, embedding, binding and other processing technology must be strictly managed, especially in winding and embedding process to prevent wire damage, embedding process should ensure that groove insulation, phase insulation, layer insulation placed in place. Phase insulation should be easily soaked by insulating paint material, coil end should be strengthened binding, fixed, to ensure that the end becomes a whole. Strengthening insulation at the bottom of the motor groove, between phases, between layers and the first and last turns of the coil can improve the electric resistance of the motor.

3. No air gap insulation shall be used for the main insulation.

4. Make good matching between frequency converter, cable and motor, limit the length of cable between motor and power supply. Due to the mismatch of the impedance of the power line, as the length of the cable between the converter and the motor increases, the amplitude of the overvoltage at the motor end increases, which is easy to cause partial discharge. Therefore, the length of the connecting cable should be shortened as far as possible according to the specific characteristics of the frequency conversion power supply and the actual needs, so as to reduce the amplitude of overvoltage and partial discharge at the motor end and prolong the life of the motor.
