6640 Polyester Film and Nomex Paper Flexible Composite Material(NMN)

NMN is composed of two layers of Nomex Paper and one inner layer of polyester film.  

Features:  

1.Temperature classification: Class H(180°C), Class F(155°C).

2.The weight of each roll of NMN is about 60~70KGS depended on length required by customers.

3.Width of each reel ranges from 4mm to 914mm..

4.Inner diameter of a core is 3 inches.

Advantage:

Our production of NMN composed of two layers of NOMEX paper and one inner layer of polyester film.This material combine the advantages of superior thermal properties and tearing resistance of Nomex Paper as well as the excellent electrical and mechanical properties of polyester film.. NMN combined flexible material can be supplied in roll,reel or sheet.

Application:

It is suitable for insulation of slot,phase,turn-to-turn and liner of F class motorbond generators.

Notes:

1. Packing: It should be wrapped with plastic film then put in clean&dry carton.  

2. The storage life is 2 years at temperature of below 25℃; if the storage duration is over 2 years, the product still can be used after being tested to be qualified.

3. The product should be put and store upright and keep away from fire, heat and direct sunshine.
