2.Electrical insulation

It’s highly electrical insulated. Its dielectric strength can be over 10kv/mm being untreated with insulating varnish or resin. Because of its excellent thermal stability, it still remains good electrical properties during continuous operation at high temperature. As the dielectric constant is very low, it distributes the electric field evenly. And its low dissipation factor can make running dissipation less, so it is of environmental friendly insulating material.

3. Good mechanical properties

It is sheet material made of aramid fiber of high density, smooth surface, good toughness, high tensile strength and tear strength.

4. Chemical stability

 

Its molecules are of big linear molecules composed of aryl residues connected by aramid bridge. In its crystal, hydrogen bonds array in two planes into three-dimensional structure. Strong hydrogen bonds ensure its stable structure and excellent properties of resistance to some chemicals such as most of the inorganic acid, most of other chemical reagent and organic solvent.

LSP816

Type LSP816 is calendered aramid insulating paper, has high dielectric strength, mechanical strength, flexibility and resilience. Thickness is from 0.05 to 0.76mm(2mil to 30mil). Its thickness is from 0.05mm to 0.76mm.

LSP816 can be used in transformer, motor and generators for interturn insulation, interlayer insulation and ends insulation.

LSP811

LSP811 is uncalendered meta-aramid paper has low density, excellent impregnating and saturating performance. Thickness is from 0.13mm to 0.58mm. Its typical width are 965mm.

LSP811 can be used in many field such as motor phase insulation and transformer coil-end insulation.

LSP864

LSP864 is calendered meta-aramid insulating paper has high mechanical & dielectric strength, good glue affinity and composite capacity. Thickness is from 0.04mm to 0.13mm, typical width are 980mm.

LSP864 can be used for composited with film to make flexible material.

Package:

Production form is trimed roll with inside diameter 76mm paper core. Package is consisted of PE film inside to keep moisture out and corrugated cartons outside to prevent physical damages.
