Description
Pre-impregnated Material DMD(Class F)formed in the process of precuring the modified F-class DMD with impregnation of Hi-temp resistant Epoxy resin into B-stage by baking.
Features:
1.It is Class F(155°C)insulating material.
2.This product has long shelf life at room temperature,low precuring temperature and time,showing excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties.
3. Thickness: 0.15-0.40mm, Width: 1000mm; Nominal weight: 50±5kg/roll.
Advantage:
It has excellent electrical properties, good adhesion and heat resistance.
Application:
It is used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil) low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation and interphase insulation in B~F class motors and electrical appliances.
Packing and storage:
1. Packing: It should be wrapped with plastic film then put in clean&dry carton.
2. The storage life is 6 months at temperature of below 25℃ after leaving factory, the product should be put and store upright and keep away from fire, heat and direct sunshine.
