Phenolic cotton cloth laminate sheet is made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin after drying and hot pressing.
Type: PFCP201 PFCP202 PFCP203 PFCP204 PFCP206 PFCP207
Features:
1.Normal Dimension:1020mmx1220mm, 1020mmx2040mm, 1220mmx2470mm
2.Normal Thickness:0.5mm to 50mm
Advantage:
With electrical properties and good mechanical properties under normal conditions.
Applications :
1.PFCP201:Primarily intend for mechanical application, with better strength than other types of PFCP.
2.PFCP206:Suitable for mechanical & electrical application, with good electrical properties under high humidity conditions, this grade may be punched hot.
3.PFCP207:Similar in mechanical performance to PFCP201, with better punching practice at lower temperatures than PFCP201.
