Sequence of Power Outage Operation of the Distribution Transformer

In the case of power failure, first stop the load side, then stop the power side. The operation sequence of power supply is: first send the power side, then send the load side.

1.Power supply from the side load side of the power supply. If there is a fault, it is convenient to determine the fault range, make judgment and treatment in time, so as to avoid the spread of the fault.

2.In the case of multiple power supplies, the first stop load can prevent the transformer from backcharging. If the power side is stopped first, the protection device may be misoperated or refused in case of failure, extending the fault cutting time and possibly expanding the fault range.

3. When the busbar voltage transformer on the load side is equipped with a low-frequency load reducing device without current locking, once the switch on the power side is stopped first, the low-frequency load reducing device may misoperate due to the feedback of the large synchronous motor.
