Switch Cabinet Common Anomalies and Troubleshooting
1. The traffic light at the breaker position is not on (the control loop is disconnected)
(1) Check whether the control power supply air switch (insurance) is closed (contact) is good.
(2) Check whether the voltage at both ends of the control power supply circuit breaker (insurance) is normal. If there is no voltage at the outgoing end, the circuit breaker (insurance) is faulty, and the circuit breaker (insurance) needs to be replaced; If there is no voltage at both ends, check whether the relevant air switch of the 10kV control power supply on the DC screen is in the closed position and whether the voltage is normal.
(3) whether the trolley switch is in the test or working position, and whether the secondary plug is inserted well.
2. Circuit breaker closing failure (refuse)
(1) Check whether the power supply circuit breaker (insurance) is closed (contact) is good.
(2) Check whether the voltage at both ends of the switching power supply circuit breaker (insurance) is normal; If there is no voltage at the outgoing end, the circuit breaker (insurance) fails, and the circuit breaker (insurance) needs to be replaced. If there is no voltage at both ends, check whether the relevant circuit breaker of the 10kV switching power supply on the DC panel is in the closing position and whether the voltage is normal.
(3) Check whether the position switch handle is in the working position.
(4) Check whether the far/far control switch of the circuit breaker is in the correct position.
(5) check whether the spring mechanism has stored energy.
(6) Check whether the connecting rod of the circuit breaker is broken or deformed.
